• Website content you send us. Text, photos, logos, and other materials you provide so we can build and update your site.
• Payment information. Card details are entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

• To review your application and contact you about your website.
• To build, host, maintain, and update your website.
• To schedule calls, send service emails, and provide support.
• To process payments and keep business records.
• To protect our site and services from fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Service providers we use

We share information only with providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work. These include Cloudflare (website hosting), Stripe (payments), Calendly (call scheduling), and Google Workspace (email). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a customer and for as long as needed afterward for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Applications that don't become customers are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you non-essential emails, by contacting us at the address below.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don't send passwords or sensitive personal data in applications or emails.
