The design and build fee is $0. A paid hosting and website care plan is required: Starter is $129/month, Plus is $149/month, and Premium is $199/month. All plans start with a six-month commitment ($774 for Starter, $894 for Plus, or $1,194 for Premium, before applicable tax). Domain registration and renewal are paid separately by you.

Every plan includes a professional website of up to five pages, hosting, SSL, backups, security updates, uptime monitoring, and email support. Starter ($129/month) includes 1 content update request per month. Plus ($149/month) includes 3 update requests per month completed within 3 business days, built-in local SEO, a monthly site health report, and a quarterly speed tune-up. Premium ($199/month) includes 5 update requests per month completed within 2 business days, up to eight pages, priority phone and text support, a quarterly growth report, and stock photo sourcing.

Up to five pages (eight on Premium) customized from our design library, a mobile-friendly layout, a contact form, click-to-call links, and two consolidated rounds of revisions before launch. You supply your business details, text, and logo if available. Send your own photos, or we will provide professional ones for you. We format the content and make light edits. Online stores, custom applications, and complex integrations are outside the service.

Changes to existing pages using text and images you supply: replacing photos, updating prices or hours, changing staff information, or refreshing service descriptions and seasonal messaging. Starter includes 1 update request per month, Plus includes 3, and Premium includes 5. New pages, redesigns, and new functionality are not included. Unused requests do not roll over. If you need more in a month, we check with you before doing any extra work; there are no automatic overage charges. Maintenance and fixes to faults in our delivered website do not use your content-update allowance.

All plans begin with a six-month commitment. If you cancel before completing it, the unpaid balance of that commitment becomes due. For example, after three monthly payments, the remaining balance is $387 on Starter, $447 on Plus, or $597 on Premium. Once your initial commitment is paid, you may request your website files for transfer. After the initial term, service continues month-to-month; cancel before your next renewal. Hosting ends at the end of your paid service period.

Your domain stays in your own account, and your supplied text, images, logo, and business data remain yours. Once the six-month commitment is paid, we provide a usable website export and available customer data on request, with no exit fee. Your new provider handles migration. Any third-party licenses that do not transfer are explained before your build begins.

Nothing is due today. After your short application, you can reserve your build by saving a card securely with Stripe, or book a free discovery call first with no card needed. When you reserve, we call you within 15 minutes for a kickoff call to go over the scope of your site. Your card is not charged until your website goes live. That first payment covers your first month of service, and recurring billing starts one month after launch. We agree on a delivery timeline after receiving your required content.

You can upgrade during the initial term. Your selected starting plan remains the minimum commitment for those six months; downgrades are available afterward. We confirm the price and effective date of any change before applying it.

Our focus is your website, hosting, maintenance, security updates, and simple content changes. Plus and Premium include built-in local SEO: we set up your pages so search engines understand your business and the area you serve. We do not run ongoing SEO campaigns or guarantee search rankings, and we do not manage advertising, reviews, or business email. You may hire independent specialists directly. Simple changes they supply can use your monthly update requests; larger changes require separate coordination.
