The design and build fee is $0. A paid hosting and website care plan is required: Starter is $149/month and Plus is $199/month. Both start with a six-month commitment ($894 for Starter or $1,194 for Plus, before applicable tax). Domain registration and renewal are paid separately by you.

Up to five pages customized from our design library, a mobile-friendly layout, a contact form, click-to-call links, and two consolidated rounds of revisions before launch. You supply your business details, text, logo if available, and photos. We format the content and make light edits. Full copywriting, online stores, custom applications, and complex integrations are outside the service.

Changes to existing pages using text and images you supply: replacing photos, updating prices or hours, changing staff information, or refreshing service descriptions and seasonal messaging. Starter includes 30 minutes per month; Plus includes 60. New pages, redesigns, and new functionality are not included. Unused time does not roll over. We notify you before work would exceed your allowance; there are no automatic overage charges. Maintenance and fixes to faults in our delivered website do not use your content-update allowance.

Both plans begin with a six-month commitment. If you cancel before completing it, the unpaid balance of that commitment becomes due. For example, after three monthly payments, the remaining balance is $447 on Starter or $597 on Plus. Once your initial commitment is paid, you may request your website files for transfer. After the initial term, service continues month-to-month; cancel before your next renewal. Hosting ends at the end of your paid service period.

Your domain stays in your own account, and your supplied text, images, logo, and business data remain yours. Once the six-month commitment is paid, we provide a usable website export and available customer data on request, with no exit fee. Your new provider handles migration. Any third-party licenses that do not transfer are explained before your build begins.

Apply first so we can confirm your website fits the service. After acceptance, your first payment is credited toward the first month of live service. Recurring billing starts one month after launch. We agree on a delivery timeline after receiving your required content; applying does not start a subscription or authorize a charge.

You can upgrade during the initial term. Your selected starting plan remains the minimum commitment for those six months; downgrades are available afterward. We confirm the price and effective date of any change before applying it.

Our focus is your website, hosting, maintenance, security updates, and simple content changes. We do not manage SEO campaigns, search rankings, advertising, reviews, or business email. You may hire independent specialists directly. Simple changes they supply can use your included update time; larger changes require separate coordination.
